Cranberry and White Chocolate FlapjacksI haven’t baked flapjacks for years and it was truly like coming home to an old friend baking them. I find it therapeutic melting and stirring mixtures and this really is what flapjacks is all about before baking them off in the oven in a prepared lined baking tin. Adding a little melted white chocolate drizzled over the top for that finishing touch, who could resist such sheer pleasures?
My hubby found them very Moorish indeed so be warned, I can visualise a Cranberry & White Chocolate flapjack habit taking place in blogsphere *giggle*
