Zorra at Kotchtop two day is organising a special event for International Women's Day. This is a major day of global celebration for the economic, political and social achievements of women. I haven’t been non-active in my baking this weekend in fact, I spent the whole of the weekend baking and sugarcrafting my yellow cake for this event. I wouldn’t wish to spoil the surprise for you, so I will keep my lips sealed about the design of my cake.
Please forgive me that I haven’t posted my normal weekend bake, but I am sure I will be making it up to you within this week with a homemade cake. Looking at the baking tin it seems a little sorry for its self and needs a good top up of a bake not to mention keeping Mr R happy too with a cake of some form *giggle*.
