A Celtic Poem
May the roads rise to meet you,
May the wind be always at your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rain fall soft upon your fields
And, until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

It is a very sad time and with a heavy heart I write this in tribute to a very dear person Pistachio who I met firstly on line at Nigella. Com. and in later times on Vi’s pantry forum which she helped to run with Vi. Pistachio known too many on line as Pi tragically passed away yesterday and the ripples of this shattering news has vibrated throughout the world to all her friends on line. I ask you to please take a moment to visit Pi’s blog, Pistachio en la cocina which gives testimony to her love of food.
Pi, you will be sadly missed.
Love Rosie xx
